Terms of Service

1. Service description

TrailAgent Solutions provides an AI-assisted moving estimate service ("Service") to moving companies and their customers. By submitting a moving estimate request, you are requesting a non-binding estimate of moving costs based on analysis of your submitted walkthrough video and move details. This estimate is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a contract or guarantee of pricing.

2. Eligibility and authorization

By using the Service you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal right to submit a walkthrough video of the property shown
• You have the consent of all occupants of the property to record and submit the video
• The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge

3. Limited license to process your video

By submitting a walkthrough video, you grant TrailAgent Solutions and the associated moving company a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, process, and analyze the video solely for the purpose of providing the requested moving estimate and related services. This license expires when your video is deleted in accordance with our retention policy (see our Privacy Policy).

4. AI-assisted analysis

The Service uses AI technology to analyze your video. AI-generated results are reviewed by human estimators before a final estimate is provided. The estimate reflects our best assessment based on the video submitted and may not account for items not visible in the video, access conditions not apparent from the footage, or changes in your inventory between the time of recording and your move date.

5. No guarantee of accuracy

Moving estimates are approximations. Actual moving costs may vary based on final inventory, weight, access conditions, packing requirements, and other factors. The moving company you work with will provide a binding estimate or quote under a separate agreement.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Submit video of a property you are not authorized to record
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service

7. Data handling

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and retain your information.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TrailAgent Solutions makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any estimate generated through the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrailAgent Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version you agreed to is recorded with your submission. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
